Anastasia Teterichko, NP-BC

Anastasia Teterichko is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center as an Adult-Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner.  She brings more than a decade of nursing experience and eight years as a Nurse Practitioner with experience in frontline nursing, primary care, complex oncology care and community-based primary care. 

Anastasia's approach to primary care combines current guidelines in preventive medicine & disease management with an evidence-based focus on addressing the root causes of chronic disease through therapeutic lifestyle interventions. She is currently pursuing board certification through the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and is eager to incorporate this innovative approach into primary care.  She recognizes that each person’s health needs are unique and works to help patients take ownership of their health by addressing nutrition, physical activity, stress management, sleep, connectedness, and avoidance of risky substances. She is committed to meeting individuals where they are in their life journey and within the context of their family and community.

Anastasia earned her nursing diploma from Bridgeport Hospital School of Nursing and her Master of Science degree in Adult-Geriatric Primary Care from the University of Connecticut.  Outside of work, she enjoys cooking plant-forward meals for her family, skiing, mountain biking, practicing yoga, and spending time with loved ones.
